We aren’t fans of ‘off the shelf’ programmes but nor do we believe in reinventing the wheel!
We like to work really closely with you to find out exactly what you want to change, what challenges you have and how you would like it to be different. We are a bit foxy and very squirrely in asking loads of questions, and we are mega diligent in understanding you, your team or business and the sector you work in.
This helps you and us define the objectives and outcomes for the programme, be it a half day or 12 monthly events. We like to get real clarity around these goals and objectives.
We then get our fun-bunny heads on (not literally) and come up with a combination of learning activities and interventions that hit the objectives square on.
We circle back round with you and then we are good to go!
